Club Membership:
A member cannot have membership at more than one club. Membership consists of club, regional and SNZ affiliation. All fees must be paid in full for each swimmer to be able to compete in any events or club nights. Should you experience financial hardship please contact the Club Administrator.

Cancellation of Membership:
Membership may cease by written agreement, or written resignation to Te Arawa Swimming Club. Fees are non refundable.

Club transfer:
Transfer to another club must be approved by both member clubs in writing.

Club policies:
Club policies must be adhered to at all times. Policies are available on our website or by contacting the Club administrator. Te Arawa Swimming adheres to the SNZ member protection policy and code of conduct. Signing of this membership form indicates the swimmer and parents/caregivers will adhere to all Club policies and the terms and conditions of membership.

Media and personal images and information:
As a member of Te Arawa Swimming I accept my membership details, competition results and publication of photos/videos, may be shared with the club, Swimming Bay of Plenty and Swimming New Zealand. Photos and videos may also be shared on news media platforms to promote the club. I may request at any time that an image of myself be removed which will be done at the earliest convenience.

Our club cannot run without our volunteers.
